This course teachers users best practices and techniques for creating process maps that are easy to follow.

About the Project

Before acquiring our on-demand tools, the Nintex Promapp team delivered on-site instructor led training to new customers as part of the onboarding process. To scale their roles, I was tasked to bring the in-person training to an accessible digital experience. This learning module includes an interactive exercise for learners to understand how to write engaging processes before mapping it out in the tool.
